CROWNING A TEAM CHAMPION: Each of the five participating teams consists of six golfers, with the top four scorers in each round counting toward the team score. The final team score will be determined by totaling all completed rounds. Individual scoring consists of the lowest aggregate score of all completed rounds. Navy is the two-time defending Patriot League champion after winning at the Saucon Valley Country Club last season. The Mids captured their third League crown. Boston University has three Patriot League titles. Bucknell (2014) and Lehigh (2013) have each won one League title. Richmond, who competed in the League as an associate member from 2015 until 2024, claimed four titles.
TEAM CHAMPION EARNS AUTOMATIC BID TO THE NCAA REGIONALS: The Patriot League Champion will receive the League’s automatic bid to the NCAA Women’s Golf Regionals. The individual medalist will also receive a bid to the regionals if they are not on the championship team. The NCAA Regionals will be held from May 11-13 at six sites around the country, including Ann Arbor, Mich., Chapel Hill, N.C., Huntsville, Ala., Stanford, Calif., Tallahassee, Fla. and Waco, Texas. The championship is scheduled for May 22-27 in Carlsbad, Calif. The 2026 NCAA DI Women’s Golf Selection Show will be on GOLF Channel on Wednesday, April 29 at 5 p.m. ET.
INDIVIDUAL HONORS: The competitor with the lowest three-round score will be the Patriot League Women’s Golf Championship individual medalist. The top six finishers receive a spot on the Patriot League All-Tournament Team. The Patriot League women’s golf major awards - player of the year, rookie of the year and coaching staff of the year – will be selected by the coaches at the conclusion of the championship.
