Holy Cross Names Chris Ridolfi Head Women's Volleyball Coach

Holy Cross athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr. announced today that Christopher Ridolfi has accepted the position to become the head women's volleyball coach at the College.

Ridolfi comes to HC after serving as an assistant women's volleyball coach at Harvard University since 1998. While at Harvard, he organized and conducted pre-season, in-season and post-season training programs. Ridolfi also was in charge of Harvard's national recruiting efforts and was also responsible for monitoring the academic success of all student athletes.

Prior to his tenure at Harvard, Ridolfi served as an assistant coach at Boston College from 1996-1998. He earned his degree in Music Education from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Mass. In May of 1993.

"Chris is an outstanding individual who possess great coaching experience," said Holy Cross athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr. "He relates well to people and is a positive addition to our coaching staff. We look forward to him joining us and helping our volleyball program continue to improve."

Holy Cross posted a record of 11-14, 3-11 in Patriot League play last season.
