BETHLEHEM, Pa. — The Navy’s women’s rowing program captured its sixth consecutive Patriot League Women’s Rowing Title after placing first in the Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight and Varsity Four Grand Finals. The Mids accumulated 54 points to secure the 2021 Patriot League Championship.
Bucknell finished second for the second consecutive championship by with 47 points, followed by Boston University in third (43), Colgate in fourth (32) and Holy Cross in fifth (28). Lehigh and Loyola Maryland rounded out the results with 26 and 19 points, respectively.

For the third straight year, Navy head coach Joe Schlosberg was named the Patriot League Coach of the Year, and the Mids’ Varsity Eight was named the Patriot League Boat of the Year.
The Midshipmen earned the Patriot League’s automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Rowing Championship that will take place May 28-30 at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, Fla.
