PATRIOT LEAGUE VS. WEEK TWO OPPONENTS
All eight of the Patriot League football programs are in action during Week Two, with five games on ESPN+, two games on FloSports and one game on NEC Front Row.
•No. 11/13 Lehigh and Georgetown both look to remain unbeaten. The Mountain Hawks host the Pioneers at noon, while the Hoyas open their home schedule against Wagner at 1 p.m. Both games are on ESPN+.
•Richmond and Holy Cross are both on the road looking to avenge close Week One losses. The Spiders travel to Wofford and the Crusaders head to New Hampshire for 6 p.m. kickoffs.
•Lafayette (Easton, Pa.) travels to Stonehill (Easton, Mass.) in the second meeting of the Easton rivals. The Leopards downed the Skyhawks, 42-10, last season at Fisher Stadium in the first meeting between the two programs.
•Colgate travels to No. 12/13 Villanova in a meeting of future Patriot League rivals at 6 p.m. on FloSports.
•Fordham opens its home schedule against No. 18/21 Monmouth, the second ranked opponent for a League team this week and the second League team to meet the Hawks this season.

LEHIGH CLIMBS IN THE STATS PERFORM AND AFCA POLLS; RICHMOND, LAFAYETTE AND HOLY CROSS RECEIVE VOTES
Lehigh climbed to No. 13 in the AFCA Coaches Poll and No. 11 in the Stats Perform Poll after winning its season-opening game against then-No. 22/25 Richmond, 21-14, in their first matchup as League rivals. The Spiders dropped from the polls and are receiving votes in both. Lafayette and Holy Cross both received votes in the AFCA coaches’ poll.
Dawson and Cason Post FCS Kickoff Return TDs
Two of the four kickoff returns for touchdowns in the FCS this season came from Patriot League players in Week One. Richmond So. WR Isaiah Dawson returned a kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter against Lehigh on Saturday. A few hours later, Holy Cross So. WR Alijah Cason ran back a kickoff for 97 yards in the fourth quarter against Northern Illinois.
Colgate’s Saunders Breaks Out vs. Monmouth
Colgate Sr. WR Treyvhon Saunders posted career-highs in receiving yards (223) and touchdown receptions (2) on 13 catches against No. 21/22 Monmouth. Saunders leads the FCS in receiving yards and receptions and is second in touchdown receptions. He helped the Raiders rack up more than 500 yards of total offense for the first time since 2018.

Hoyas’ Hart Scores Three Times in the First Quarter
Georgetown So. RB Savion Hart rushed for touchdowns of 69 and 27 yards and caught a 73-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter of the Hoyas’ 51-14 victory over Davidson in Week One. The Minneapolis, Minn. native rushed for a League-leading 123 yards on eight carries, in addition to catching two passes for 78 yards, ranking him second in the League. Hart is third in the FCS with 18.0 points per game.

Colgate’s Wynn Picks Off Two in Season Opener
Colgate Jr. DB Tymir Wynn intercepted Monmouth pass attempts in the end zone on each of the Hawks’ first two drives to help the Raiders jump out to an early 14-0 lead. Wynn, who intercepted three passes last season, is tied for the FCS lead in interceptions.

Rucker IV Ranks Atop Total Offense Per Game Leaders
Bucknell 5th-year QB Ralph Rucker IV leads all active FCS players in total offense per game (259.3) and is second in passing yards per game (249.5).

Fordham’s Conway Building on Tackles Record
Fordham Sr. LB James Conway recorded 17 tackles in the Rams’ season-opening loss against ACC opponent Boston College. The Omaha, Neb. native has recorded more than 100 total tackles in three of his four collegiate seasons and opens the 2025 campaign on the Buck Buchanan Award Watch List.
