Bethlehem, Pa. - In celebration of the Patriot League's 10th anniversary, Executive Director Carolyn Schlie Femovich today announced the League's Women's Tennis All-Decade Team. The team is composed of 10 student-athletes.

Team selection for each of the 20 Patriot League sports was conducted by a committee consisting of head coaches, institutional sports information liaisons and administrative liaisons. Athletes named to the All-Anniversary Team will be honored at a time designated by each recipient's institution and be given their award at that time.
The Patriot League, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary as an all-sports conference, includes Bucknell University, Colgate University, College of the Holy Cross, Lafayette College, Lehigh University, the U.S. Military Academy and the U.S. Naval Academy and competes on the NCAA Division I level in 22 sports. The League, which will add American University to full membership in July 2001, has associate members in field hockey, football and men's and women's lacrosse. The associate members include Fairfield, Fordham, Hobart, Towson, Ursinus and Villanova.The League's members consistently rank among the Top 25 Division I programs in the NCAA Graduation Rates Report and ranks fifth among Division I conferences in total number of sports offered (22), including the second-highest total of women's sports (11).
