CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- The Patriot League Women's Tennis 25th Anniversary Team was announced on Thursday with Army West Point leading all schools with nine members selected to the squad.

The team members are listed below by school, with seasons indicating the player's years of competition in the Patriot League. Each school that participates in women's tennis selected 25 players in the voting for the 25th Anniversary Team, and could not vote for its own student-athletes.

Ten of the 11 recipients of the Patriot League Player of the Year award (began in 2002) made the Anniversary Team, with Army West Point's Annie Houghton and Boston University's Johanna Hyoty each earning the award multiple times. Eleven members of the Anniversary Team won the John "Pat" Rooney Award as the Patriot League Tournament MVP award, while three were named to the Patriot League All-Decade Team based on competition from 1990-2000. The Anniversary Team members have combined to earn 72 All-Patriot League honors (first awarded in 1993), while 17 Patriot League team champions had at least one member of the Anniversary squad on the roster.

The Patriot League is releasing 25th Anniversary Teams throughout the month of August for each sport that has been sponsored by the League since it became an all-sport conference beginning in the 1990-91 season. In addition to the 25th Anniversary Teams, coverage throughout the 2015-16 season will focus on former student-athletes and top stories in the history of the Patriot League.

More information on the Patriot League Women's Tennis 25th Anniversary Team members is included below, with the honorees listed alphabetically. All seasons listed designate the player's years of competition within the Patriot League. The Patriot League Championship was held in the fall from 1991-97.

Patriot League Women's Tennis 25th Anniversary Team

Jennifer Blatty, Army West Point (1996-00) -- Blatty earned All-Patriot League honors in each of her four seasons for Army West Point, with singles recognition each time and a doubles spot in 1997. She helped the Black Knights to consecutive League titles in 1999 and 2000, and was a two-time doubles champion in the Patriot League in 1997 and 1998 as well as the No. 2 singles winner in the fall of 1999. Blatty is a member of the Patriot League All-Decade Team and amassed 77 singles wins in her career.

Melanie Bundoc, Army West Point (2001-04) -- Bundoc earned first-team All-League honors in both 2002 and 2004, and in her other two seasons helped Army West Point capture the Patriot League title. She shared the League Tournament MVP award after the Black Knights' title in 2003. She won 74 singles matches and 69 in doubles in her career.

Anne Collier, Army West Point (2000-03) -- Collier was a four-time first-team All-Patriot League selection who helped Army West Point win consecutive League titles in 2000 and 2001 and again in 2003 when she shared the League Tournament MVP award.

Erin Colton, Army West Point (2010-13) -- Colton had great individual and team success at Army West Point. She made the first-team All-Patriot League squad in each of her four seasons, and helped the Black Knights win the League title each time. She also won the Rookie of the Year award in 2010, and shared the League Tournament MVP honor in 2012. Army West Point was unbeaten in Patriot League regular-season matches during her tenure.

Jackie Couture, Colgate (2004-07) -- Couture was named Patriot League Player of the Year as a junior in 2006, and earned three All-League honors in her career. She was selected to the first team in both 2006 and 2007 after a second-team honor in 2004.

Nada Curcic, Bucknell (2002-05) -- Curcic won the Patriot League Player of the Year award as a senior in 2005 and earned first-team All-Patriot League status in each of her final two seasons. She ranks third at Bucknell in total wins after compiling a 155-63 record in singles and doubles in her career.

Lauren Davis, Boston University (2014-present) -- Davis earned first-team All-Patriot League status in each of her two seasons in the League, and helped Boston University to the team title each time. She has played No. 2 singles for the Terriers in each of the last two seasons and enters her senior year in 2016.

Emani Decquir, Navy (2010-13) -- Decquir was named to the first-team All-League squad in each of her four seasons at Navy, and finished her career as the League's Player of the Year as a senior in 2013. She won 68 matches in singles and 59 in doubles over the course of her career, and helped Navy to unbeaten regular-season League marks in 2011 and 2012 and spots in the League Tournament title match three straight seasons from 2011-13.

Elise DeRose, Colgate (2007-10) -- DeRose made the All-Patriot League squad in each of her four seasons at Colgate. She was a first-team honoree in 2008 and 2009 with second-team status in 2007 and 2010.

Alex Finio, Lafayette (1992-96) -- Finio earned three All-Patriot League spots in her career, making the squad in 1993 and again in both 1995 and 1996. She capped her career as the Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 1996.

Leslie Frank, Colgate (1992-96) -- Frank had an accomplished career at Colgate with All-League honors in three straight seasons from 1994-96, and spots in both singles and doubles in 1995. She won the Patriot League individual No. 1 singles title in 1996, and is a member of the League's All-Decade Team. Frank helped Colgate to Patriot League titles in both 1995 and 1996, and was the League Tournament MVP in the former.

Annie Houghton, Army West Point (2008-11) -- Houghton is the only three-time winner of the Patriot League Player of the Year award, claiming the honor consecutively in 2008 and 2009 and again in 2011. She earned first-team All-Patriot League status in each of her four seasons. Houghton also led Army West Point to great team success as the Black Knights won the Patriot League title in each of her four seasons and went 20-0 against League teams in regular-season play over the course of her career. She was named Patriot League Tournament MVP as a senior in 2011. Houghton is Army West Point's all-time wins leader in singles play at 98, including 65 as the No. 1 in dual matches.

Johanna Hyoty, Boston University (2014-present) -- Hyoty enters her senior season in 2016 off of a great start to her career in the Patriot League. Ranked as high as No. 122 nationally, she won the League's Player of the Year award in each of the last two seasons. Hyoty became just the second person to earn the honor multiple times, and led Boston University to the team title in each of its first two years in the Patriot League. Hyoty added the League Tournament MVP honor in 2014. She was part of the Doubles Team of the Year in 2015 when she also won the League's Scholar-Athlete of the Year honor.

Sam Kohn, Colgate (1995-99) -- Kohn made the All-Patriot League squad in each of her four seasons at Colgate, as she was honored in both singles and doubles in 1995, 1996 and 1999 and doubles only in 1997. A member of the Patriot League All-Decade Team, she won the League's individual title at No. 1 singles in 1997 and 1998 and both No. 1 doubles and No. 2 singles in 1996. Kohn helped Colgate win three straight League titles from 1995-97, with the League Tournament MVP honor in 1996. She was also selected as the Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year consecutively in 1997 and 1999.

Katrina Kollarova, American (2002-04) -- Kollarova was named Patriot League Player of the Year in 2003, and earned All-League status in each of her final two seasons for the Eagles. She was also the Patriot League Tournament Co-MVP in 2004 as she helped American to the title that season as well as in 2002. Kollarova was named Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year in both 2003 and 2004.

Kristi Kungl, Lehigh (1990-94) -- Kungl was a standout in the first four seasons of Patriot League competition, winning the League's Tournament MVP honor and appearing on the first All-Patriot League squad in 1993. She also received a spot on the Patriot League All-Decade Team.

Lillian Lien, Army West Point (1996-00) -- Lien helped Army West Point win consecutive League titles in 1999 and 2000, and claimed the League Tournament MVP honor in the latter year. She earned All-Patriot League status in 1996 and again in 1999 and 2000, and was also a three-time individual singles champion and two-time doubles champion. Lien won 75 singles matches and 56 in doubles in her career. She was also named Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2000.

Marissa Limsiasco, Army West Point (2002-05) -- Limsiasco earned first-team All-Patriot League honors in each of her final three seasons, and helped Army West Point claim the League title in 2003 and again in 2005, when she was named the League Tournament Co-MVP. Limsiasco won 61 singles matches and 74 in doubles in her career.

Lauren Lucido, Bucknell (2008-11) -- Lucido earned All-Patriot League status in each of her four seasons, with first-team honors as both a junior and senior in 2010 and 2011. She is Bucknell's record-holder for combined wins with a 170-71 record in singles and doubles, and also holds the records for both singles wins (87) and doubles (83).

Olga Mikhailova, American (2002) -- Mikhailova had a memorable season in the Patriot League as she won the League's first Player of the Year award and helped American claim the League title in its inaugural year in 2002. She was also selected as the League's Scholar-Athlete of the Year in her lone season.

Kristen Nowicki, Lehigh (2001-04) -- Nowicki concluded her career as the Patriot League Player of the Year in 2004, and earned first-team All-League status in each of her final two seasons at Lehigh.

Jamila Paul, Army West Point (2011-14) -- Paul earned first-team All-Patriot League honors in each of her four seasons, and added the League's Player of the Year award as a sophomore in 2012. She helped Army West Point win the League title and advance to the NCAA Tournament in each of her first three seasons, with the Black Knights going unbeaten in League play each year. Paul also won the Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year honor in 2013.

Elizabeth Scherer, Army West Point (1995-99) -- Scherer earned first-team All-Patriot League status in her final two years in 1997 and 1999, and was a four-time individual champion in the Patriot League. She helped the Black Knights win the League title as a senior in 1999, and finished her career with 84 singles wins and 66 in doubles.

Erin Snook, Navy (2011-14) -- Snook made the All-Patriot League Team three times in her career, with first-team spots in both 2013 and 2014 after a second-team honor in 2012. She holds the Navy career singles record with 90 wins as well as the school's doubles mark with 61 victories. Snook helped Navy advance to the League title match three straight seasons from 2011-13.

Tania Varela, Bucknell (2007-10) -- Varela made the first-team All-Patriot League squad in each of her four seasons at Bucknell, and added the League's Player of the Year award as a senior in 2010. She ranks fourth at Bucknell in total wins with 148, and went 31-6 in singles as a senior.
