CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The 10 Patriot League women’s track and field programs combined to place 434 student-athletes on the 2019-20 Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll when the League office announced honors on Friday.
Lehigh had a League-high 66 representatives on the academic honor roll while Holy Cross placed 64 and Bucknell finished with 59 recipients. Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Champion Navy added 46 student-athletes to the honor roll. Boston University and Lafayette each had 40 student-athletes receive honors with Army West Point (39), Loyola Maryland (35), Colgate (27) and American (18) all well-represented on the list.
Nine of the 10 members of the 2020 Academic All-Patriot League Women’s Indoor Track and Field squad made the honor roll, including Boston University sophomore Andrea Claeson, the 2020 Women’s Indoor Track and Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Army West Point seniors Lynne Mooradian and Haley Watson and sophomore Anna Tovkach, Boston University junior Bridget Bishop, Bucknell junior Alexandra Butz, Lehigh junior Susie Poore, Loyola Maryland junior Senna Ohlsson and Navy junior Sam Orie all joined Claeson on the academic honor roll.
Loyola Maryland graduate student Mary Sutton made the academic honor roll for the fifth time. Thirty-four more women’s track and field student-athletes made their fourth appearance on the honor roll, including Army West Point seniors Hannah Deines, Kajol Maheswari, Calli McMullen, Mooradian, Bethany Nunnery, Ramsey Wagner and Watson, Boston University senior Abigail Gugel, Bucknell seniors Hope Beyer, Emma Dolen, Lauren Gronbeck, Alexandra Koumas, Holy Cross seniors Allie Christian, Allison McArdle, Deana Pileika, Lafayette seniors Katie Mozzochi, Zoe Peerman, Rosario Rivera, Lehigh seniors Sophie Antonioli, Mary Casey, Ashleigh Crawford, Diana Hammerstone, Maura Henderson, Monica McGavin, Erin Racano, Brooke Schaeffer and Catherine Shippee, Loyola Maryland seniors Kayleigh Caggiano, Rachel Koller, Heather Merrifield, Bre Mucius, Audrey O’Neill and Ariana Santo-Pietro and Navy senior Cat Goss.

To be eligible for the Patriot League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 GPA in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
