BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Nine Patriot League men’s soccer student-athletes were named to the 2022 DI Men’s All-Atlantic Region Teams by the United Soccer Coaches organization.
 
Army West Point, Boston University, Lafayette, and Navy all placed two student-athletes on the team while Lehigh had one honoree.
 
The Black Knights’ sophomore forward Gage Guerra was the lone Patriot League student-athlete on the first team.

Army junior defender Nick Atkinson, Lafayette graduate student forward Marcos Kitromilides, Lehigh senior forward Jack Sarkos, and Navy junior midfielder David Jackson and senior defender JD Wagner were named to the second team.
 
BU senior midfielder Colin Innes and senior defender Griffin Roach, and Lafayette graduate student defender Nick Hazel were placed on the third team.

Guerra & Atkinson Selected to United States Coaches All-Atlantic Region Team
Army West Point men's soccer saw two cadet-athletes named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region team, announced on Tuesday. Sophomore forward Gage Guerra landed on the first team while junior defender Nick Atkinson earned second-team honors. The duo helped Army to its most successful season in over 25 years, as Army won the Patriot League Regular Season Championship for the first time since 1996.

Jackson and Wagner Pick Up All-Region Honors from United Soccer Coaches
A pair of Navy men's soccer student-athletes were among the United Soccer Coaches All-Region selections announced on Tuesday, as senior defender JD Wagner and junior midfielder David Jackson were named to the organization's All-Atlantic Region Second Team. This marks the third-consecutive season that Jackson has earned all-region accolades, while Wagner notched all-region honors for the first time in his four-year career. Additionally, Navy has now had multiple all-region selections in four straight seasons.
