BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Boston University, Bucknell and Navy each collected two Patriot League M-F Athletics Indoor Track and Field weekly awards, when the League office announced the final set of honors on Tuesday. Army West Point received the remaining award.
For the second straight week and fourth time this season, Boston University’s Thomas Cowan was named the Patriot League M-F Athletic Indoor Men’s Track Athlete of the Week. The sophomore was the top collegiate finisher in the 800m at the Saucony Battle for Boston.
Bucknell freshman Grace Camerlingo earned Patriot League M-F Athletic Indoor Women’s Track Athlete & Rookie of the Week honors after winning the 60m with the League’s second-fastest time at 7.56.
Navy sophomore Brian Schloeder collected his second Patriot League M-F Athletic Indoor Men’s Field Athlete of the Week honors after winning the pole vault at the Navy Select.
Army West Point’s Jordan Hecht received her second Patriot League M-F Athletic Indoor Women’s Field Athlete of the Week award after winning the shot put and placing fourth in the weight throw at the West Point Tune-Up.
For the fourth time this season, Navy’s Jason Keirser was honored as Patriot League M-F Athletic Indoor Men’s Rookie of the Week. The freshman won the 60m hurdles for the fourth time this year at the Navy Select.
Honorable mentions went to American’s Carver Morgan, Army West Point’s Saige Acosta, Matthew Palchak, Van Carter and Owen Lang, Bucknell’s Madison Fowler, Cooper Hyken and Aiden Tacker, Lehigh’s Grace Nation, Navy’s Mia-Claire Kezal and Olivia Baird.
Patriot League Indoor Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
Thomas Cowan, Boston University, So., Auckland, New Zealand/Westlake Boys
*Cowan took sixth in the 800m at the Saucony Battle for Boston and was the top collegiate finisher with a time of 1:46.84.
*The sophomore’s season-best time of 1:46.83 leads the Patriot League and ranks 21st in NCAA Division I.
*The Auckland, New Zealand native tied American’s Sean O’Brien (2002-03) for the most Indoor Men’s Track Athlete of the Week awards in a season with four.

*Camerlingo won the 60m at the Bison Tune Up with the Patriot League’s second-fastest time this season at 7.56, which ranks third in Bucknell history.
Patriot League Indoor Men’s Field Athlete of the Week
Brian Schloder, Navy, So., Buffalo, Minn./Rockford
*Schloder won the pole vault for the fourth time this season at the Navy select, clearing the bar at 5.15m.
*The sophomore leads the Patriot League with a mark of 5.20m.
Patriot League Indoor Women’s Field Athlete of the Week
Jordan Hecht, Army West Point, Jr., Apple Valley, Minn./Rosemount
*Hecht threw 16.60m to win the shot put and placed third in the weight throw with a mark of 16.26m at the West Point Tune-Up.
*The junior leads the Patriot League in the shot put and ranks 19th in NCAA Division I.
Patriot League Indoor Men’s Rookie of the Week
Jason Keiser, Navy, Fr., Kendall Park, N.J./South Brunswick
*Keiser won the 60m hurdles for the fourth time this season at the Navy Select, finishing in 8.03 seconds.
*The freshman owns the Patriot League’s fastest time this season at 7.99 in the event.

*Morgan recorded an eighth-place finish in the 800m at the Battle for Boston, eclipsing his program-record time with a mark of 1:47.32.
*The senior ranks third in the Patriot League and 30th in NCAA Division I.
Saige Acosta, Army West Point, Fr., Santa Ana, Calif./Master Dei
*Acosta won the 200m at the West Point Tune-Up with the seventh-fastest time in the Patriot League at 25.04.
Matthew Palchak, Army West Point, So., Davis, Calif./Jesuit
*Palchak won the shot put at the West Point Tune-Up with a mark of 17.81m. His attempt ranks third in the Patriot League, while his weight throw mark (17.14m) is 12th-best in the League.
Van Carter, Army West Point, Fr. Helotes, Niceville, Fla./Niceville
*Carter won the pole vault at the West Point Tune-Up with a jump of 4.95m and currently ranks fifth in the Patriot League.
Owen Lang, Army West Point, So., Andover, Kan./Andover Central
*Lang won both the 60m and 200m at the West Point Tune-Up.
*The sophomore ranks second in the Patriot League in the 200m (21.31), third in the 400m (47.98) and tied for 10th in the 60m (6.90).
Madison Fowler, Bucknell, So., Saint Louis, Mo./Cor Jesu Academy
*Fowler swept the field events for the third time this season, winning the shot put (13.48m) and the weight throw (18.61m) at the Bison Tune Up.
Cooper Hyken, Bucknell, Sr., Saint Louis, Mo./John Burroughs
*Hyken won the 60m at the Bison Tune Up with a time of 6.94, which ranks 15th in the Patriot League.
Aiden Tacker, Bucknell, Sr., Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall
*Tacker finished as the runner-up in the weight throw at the Bison Tune-Up with a personal-best mark of 19.75m.
*The senior’s throw is second in the Patriot League and third in Bucknell history.
Grace Nation, Lehigh, Sr., Orefield, Pa./Parkland
*Nation earned runner-up finishes in the long and triple jumps at the Philadelphia Metro. The senior jumped 5.47m in the long jump and a personal-best 11.71m in the triple jump.
Mia-Claire Kezal, Navy, Sr., Saco, Maine/Thornton Academy
*Kezal completed the sweep for Navy in the 1,000m at the Navy select, winning with a career-best time of 2:49.32, which is seventh in the Patriot League.
Olivia Baird, Navy, Fr., Mount Vernon, Texas/Mount Vernon
Baird captured the pole vault title for the third consecutive meet as the freshman cleared the bar at 3.90m. She ranks third in the Patriot League with a season-best height of 4.00m.

PATRIOT LEAGUE INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2025-26 Patriot League Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships will be held in Boston, Mass., at the BU Track & Tennis Center beginning Saturday, Feb. 28 and concluding on Sunday, Mar. 1. All nine men's programs and each of the 10 women's teams will compete. Both days of the championship will be streamed on ESPN+.
