BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point freshman David Dubrule and Holy Cross senior Jaden Wywoda earned Patriot League Player and Pitcher of the Week honors, respectively, while Bucknell freshman Brady Hoar was named Rookie of the Week on Monday.
 
Dubrule collected Patriot League Baseball Player of the Week honors, batting .500 (8-for-16) with six RBIs and six runs scored during the Black Knights’ 4-0 week, including a three-game sweep over Lafayette.
 
Holy Cross’ Wywoda earned the third Patriot League Baseball Pitcher of the Week honor of his career. The reigning Patriot League Pitcher of the Year tossed a seven-inning complete-game shutout with a career-high nine strikeouts to earn the win in a 3-0 decision over Lehigh.  

Bucknell’s Hoar took home Patriot League Baseball Rookie of the Week for the second straight week, allowing just one run on four hits over 7.0 innings to earn the win in a 3-1 victory over Navy.
 
Army West Point senior RHP Kevin Reavey, Bucknell freshman DH Garrett Mathias and Holy Cross junior outfielder Gianni Royer received honorable mentions for their performances last week.

*Dubrule batted .500 (8-for-16) with six RBIs and six runs scored to lead Army West Point to a 4-0 week, including a three-game sweep over Lafayette.
*The freshman third baseman batted .500 (7-for-14) in the three-game series against the Leopards, going 6-for-9 with four RBIs in Saturday’s 11-2 and 10-3 victories. He went 1-for-2 with two runs, two RBIs and a double in a 12-2 win over UAlbany on Wednesday.

*The freshman right-hander struck out two and walked none, while allowing just two hits through seven innings before being chased in the eighth inning.

*Mathias batted .333 (3-for-9) with one home run, four RBIs and one run scored to help the Bison go 2-1 against Navy last week. He went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Bucknell’s 3-1 win over the Mids on Sunday.
