BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point received three of the six Patriot League M-F Athletic Outdoor Track and Field weekly awards, when the League office announced the honors on Tuesday. Bucknell claimed two honors and Boston University collected one award.
Boston University senior Freddy Collins was named the Patriot League M-F Athletic Outdoor Men’s Track Athlete of the Week after placing fourth in the 5,000m and helping the Terriers win the 4x800m Open at the Penn Relays.
Army West Point’s Charlotte Richman received Patriot League M-F Athletic Outdoor Women’s Track Athlete of the Week recognition for the second time this season. The senior placed third in the 5,000m at the Penn Relays with a service academy record time of 15:34.07, which leads the Patriot League and ranks 29th in NCAA Division I.
Black Knights’ sophomore Collin Torres collected Patriot League M-F Athletic Outdoor Men’s Field Athlete of the Week honors after winning the javelin at the Penn Relays with the League’s top throw at 67.77m.
For the third time this season, Bucknell’s Evelyn Bliss was selected as the Patriot League M-F Athletic Outdoor Women’s Field Athlete of the Week. The senior set her third facility and meet record of the year after winning the javelin at the Penn Relays with a throw of 59.35m on her final attempt.
For the second consecutive week, Army West Point’s Todd Worth was honored as the Patriot League M-F Athletic Outdoor Men’s Rookie of the Week. The freshman helped the Black Knights finish sixth in the 4x800m at the Penn Relays with the League’s fastest time at 7:23.67.
Bucknell freshman Julia Sobilo collected Patriot League M-F Athletic Outdoor Women’s Rookie of the Week honors for the second time after placing 10th in the discus (45.28m) at the Penn Relays.

*Collins led Boston University to a victory in the 4x800m Open (7:28.72) and recorded a fourth-place finish in the 5,000m (13:40.21) at the Penn Relays.
*The senior’s 5,000m time leads the Patriot League, ranks 24th in the NCAA East Region and 62nd in NCAA Division I.
*The Terriers’ 4x800m time is third in the Patriot League.

*Richman placed third in the 5,000m at the Penn Relays, clocking a record-setting time of 15:34.07.

*The Rimersburg, Pa. native continues to lead the Patriot League and NCAA Division I in the javelin (61.34m).

*The Eagles toppled a 21-year school record in the DMR and set a program record in the 4x800m.

*Hecht recorded a third-place finish in the shot put (16.18m) and took 11th (46.96m) in the discus at the Penn Relays.

*Genduso finished as the runner-up in the pole vault at the Covert Classic after clearing the car at 3.75m, which ranks ninth in the Patriot League.

PATRIOT LEAGUE OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2026 Patriot League Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships will be held in Annapolis, Md., at the United States Naval Academy’s Ingram Field, beginning Friday, May 15 and concluding on Saturday, May. 16. All nine men's programs and each of the 10 women's teams will compete.
